One plan that fits you
The McPeak Method
The McPeak Method is care built around the whole person, not a single symptom. I slow down, listen to what is happening, and build one plan that actually fits you.

How I Practice
My philosophy is that patients rarely fit one specialty. Panic may have a thyroid or hormone driver. Weight struggles may tie to depression, comfort eating, or low testosterone. A medication that helps mood can still create metabolic problems if nobody is watching the bigger picture. I take time to understand your story, review history and labs when appropriate, and build one plan across mental health, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle.

How The McPeak Method Works
Comprehensive Assessment
I review what is happening now and what may have been missed before.
Personalized Plan
Your plan is explained in plain language so each step makes sense.
Integrated Wellness Support
Mental health, hormones, weight, sleep, and stress often overlap. I treat them as connected, not separate problems.
Ongoing Monitoring
Follow-up visits track symptoms, side effects, and progress. If medication is involved, I think about long-term metabolic risk, not just short-term relief.
Whole-Person Care From One Provider
Whole-Person Focus
I look at mental health, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle together.
Acute Care Lens
Emergency medicine training shapes how I prescribe and screen for safety.
Long-View Medications
I choose psychiatric meds with weight, cholesterol, and A1C in mind.
Time When You Need It
Built for patients tired of rushed 15-minute refill visits.

What Makes This Different
This is not holistic branding. It is training - emergency medicine, orthopedics, hormones, detox, psychiatry, and outpatient mental health - applied to one patient at a time.
"I don't practice fast-food medicine, because fast-food medicine gets you fast-food results." - Justin McPeak, PMHNP-BC
What To Expect
Before your first visit: Secure intake so I can review your history, medications, and goals before we meet.
During your visit: You will not be rushed or judged. I listen first, then explain options in plain language.
After your visit: You leave with a clear plan, follow-up schedule, and next steps you understand.

Care Pathways I Use
- Psychotherapy with practical tools for anxiety, depression, and stress
- Psychiatric medication management with clear education and follow-up
- Weight-neutral medication choices whenever clinically appropriate
- Sleep, stress, breathing, and meditation strategies when they fit
- Hormone and metabolic evaluation when symptoms suggest a physical driver
- GLP-1 or peptide care only when clinically appropriate, with a broader plan
- Coaching for structure and accountability
Who I Help
I tend to help patients who feel dismissed or rushed elsewhere - teens and young adults with anxiety, high-performing students who think themselves into panic, and adults cycling through quick med checks without real answers. If mental health, weight, hormones, sleep, or energy overlap, this practice is built for that conversation.
